Policy & Research
We engage in policy efforts that address root causes of inequity in four “Areas of Impact:” Economic Development, Land-Use, Housing & Ownership, and Leadership Development.
Our economic development programs leverage the multi-disciplinary perspective of Inclusive Action to address one of the root causes of poverty in urban areas — access to capital.
We deployed over $170,000 in capital to 15 low-income food entrepreneurs and home based businesses, many of whom are street vendors.
We delivered over 89,500 lbs of fresh and affordable produce to 60 small markets located in underserved, food desert communities.
We convened over 7,000 community development practitioners and multi-disciplinary professionals to come together to dream up actionable solutions to the problems we see in our cities.
