Business Coaching Curriculum

Many small business owners, street vendors, and entrepreneurs we serve lack support and resources for their business planning and management. We have created a comprehensive Business Coaching Curriculum to support small businesses, including writing a business plan, creating and understanding budgets, and learning how to set prices, among other business-related topics.

This free resource is designed to take entrepreneurs on a ‘learning-by-doing’ journey. It contains a workbook with interactive activities that entrepreneurs and organizations supporting small businesses can use to strategize, plan, and operationalize.

Check out the flagship curriculum, “A Guide to Formalizing Your Business” (English), with chapters on:

  • In-depth insight into business planning

  • Mastery of business creation and understanding

  • Set pricing

  • Business structure

  • Navigating the business permitting process
