The Development Coordinator is a dynamic, creative, and organized fundraiser passionate about helping IAC drive impact towards just economic opportunity for marginalized communities, entrepreneurs, and workers. As a key Development & Communications Team member, the Development Coordinator helps implement IAC’s annual fundraising strategy and supports or leads on all aspects of the Development Team’s priorities.
Inclusive Action is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Loan Underwriter (part-time) to support Inclusive Action’s Access to Capital initiatives by reviewing and analyzing Semi’a loan applications of low-income entrepreneurs. The part-time employee will work directly with the Underwriting Team and closely with IAC’s business coaching team, who conduct client intake, and IAC’s outreach team, whose work supports the build-up of the loan pipeline.
Inclusive Action is seeking a current student for the Outreach Fellow role to support the Community Innovation Team with outreach focused on micro-entrepreneurs and small businesses from underrepresented communities (e.g., street vendors, small businesses of color etc). The outreach is intended to build a pipeline of small business owners who need microloans, grants, business coaching, and other services. The Fellow will help facilitate urgent access to capital to communities in need. IAC will be hiring two candidates for this role in 2024.
Inclusive Action is seeking a self-motivated Underwriting/Servicing Associate to support its Access to Capital initiatives, focusing on the underwriting and servicing of loans for the Semi’a Fund. The Associate supports the Senior Underwriting Associate and the Data and Impact Associate in the loan underwriting process, loan servicing, and other administrative and data functions for the Access to Capital Team.
Inclusive Action is seeking two self-motivated and experienced Business Coaches (part-time) to support Inclusive Action’s Access to Capital initiatives with a focus on supporting loan clients, answering client inquiries, and coaching low-income entrepreneurs in skill building, business growth and business formalization including of street vending businesses.
